I stayed for several nights in this great hotel! the desk in the cosy double room was especially useful for remote work. i liked having a coffee maker. It made mornings easier.
The lighting in the bathroom was not great. It made makeup application slightly challenging.

Iona, Dario and Kuaja. They were always willing to help. I really liked the ambiance and the lobby smelled amazing!
The bar staff was unbelievably rude. A guy called Jamie acted like he was better than everyone. The bar was covered in dirty glasses and service was unbelievably slow!

I appreciated the helpful staff. Angelica, Amiyah, Morgan, and Rianna were very responsive to my requests for coffee and water. The laundry service was fast. This was VERY helpful during my extended business trip.
The lighting was bad in the room. It was difficult to put on make-up, since there was little natural light and no direct light above the mirror in the bathroom.

The staff gave water at check-in and provided a quiet room away from kids (a thoughtful touch). Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I found the front desk snack bar good value with nice options.

i stayed in this spot for one night and its was wonderful. i found some lovely valentine's day touches in my room, . rianna handled my check-in and i found her very friendly and cute.
i found the shower door was broke. and the first floor looks out onto noisy air con units, upper floors are better i think.
